Welcome to With Unforced Hands…
Living and Creating, Freely and Lightly
This is my quiet corner of the web—a place where I’m unfolding my creative journey, exploring the rhythms of grace, and embracing the everyday moments God uses to teach me about life, art, and faith.
I chose to build this space as a blog instead of posting on social media because I’m craving slowness and intention. A quieter space. A space that reflects how I want to live: simple, peaceful, and grounded in truth. I may only be sharing with a few friends for now, but it still matters. I’m showing up, creating, and offering what I can.
I mainly started this blog because God recently reminded me that the gifts He has placed in me aren’t meant to be tucked away or saved for later. They’re meant to be shared—even if they are imperfect.
For too long, I believed that as long as I was caring for my home, serving others, building the ministry He instructed me to, and nurturing my faith, that was enough. And in many ways, it was. But I’ve learned that living fully in His will also means responding to His invitation to create—to use my creative gifts as a form of worship to Him.
So here I am, stepping into a space of unforced grace—living and creating freely and lightly, without pressure or performance. This blog is a place for my art, my photography, my homemaking and home economy journey, and the quiet reflections of a heart learning to walk more closely with God.
This isn’t a niche blog. It’s a life in process. A space to share the mix of things God is growing in me in this season.
The scriptures that God has been giving me in this season of life are:
“Make it your goal to live a quiet life, minding your own business and working with your hands, just as we instructed you before. Then people who are not believers will respect the way you live, and you will not need to depend on others.”
— 1 Thessalonians 4:11–12
“Prepare your outside work, and make it fit for yourself in the field; and afterward build your house.”
— Proverbs 24:27
And Proverbs 31.
This blog will encompass all of this.
Thanks for being here.
